COVERED PARKING spot close to lobby . Recently renovated common areas, waterside HEATED POOL , HOT TUB and PICNIC/BBQ area for resident use. BOAT SLIPS rent out through association when available. Quiet north end of popular ISLAND ESTATES, a nearly self-contained island with quick access to the mainland (avoiding most beach traffic).
