What I love about the home

This is a well-built solid home beautifully designed with high ceilings, lots of light, and privacy in a quiet but friendly neighborhood. The home has lots of room with large bedrooms that can be converted into dens or playrooms. The yard feels huge being surrounded by the preserve and a beautiful pond. There are bike and hiking trails nearby. This is truly a unique and unexpected setting for being so close to shopping centers and schools. This is not your typical subdivision home!
