What I love about the home

This is a fabulous, close to everything area, 1/2 mi. walk to the Hollywood bowl and to the Hollywood and Highland boutiques, shopping and hot clubs. Lovely tree lined street, Good neighbors and easy commute to all the studios; either in the Valley or in Hollywood. Outstanding opportunity to live in and enjoy all the glamour of Hollywood and still receive rents on two more units or just buy and let it pay for its self. The rents gotten in this area are excellent.
