This home is approximately 1550 Sq. Ft. It is on a very nice 1.5 acres +/-. It is located off of county road E 640 and N 4420 Road, Locust Grove, OK off of HWY 82 and before Peggs, OK. The county roads are paved.The home has a log exterior and a beautiful interior. The kitchen is very roomy with attractive tile floors. The kitchen cabinets are natural knotty pine and have a good finish on them. All of the trim and cabinets in this home are top notch. The bar in the kitchen is about 3 1/2 feet x 6 feet. All of the appliances run off of electric and there is a microwave hood vent. There are two pantry closets and lots of counter space and cabinets. The kitchen window is located above the kitchen sink and has a great view. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area. From the dining area, there is a sliding patio door that goes to a very large back porch and then over to very nice gazebo that is shaded by a mature walnut tree. The front entrance has a front porch just as large as the back and is quite inviting. You would be hard pressed to not find a shady spot to sit and enjoy the outdoors.All of the doors are solid pine and have the same finish as all the trim in the home. All of the plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures are top of the line and go with the home beautifully. The blinds are all have a wood look to them.The laundry is on the main floor. It is set up for a stackable washer and dryer and entered before getting to main floor bathroom. Again, more and more cabinet space. The water heater is located in this area and is nicely hidden. It is 40 gallon and electric.The bedroom on the main floor is about 10 x 12 and has a large closet. The flooring in this room is carpet and is a great outdoorsy color.The stair rails going up to the second floor are made of knotty pine posts and metal rails and give this home even more cabin appeal.Two bedrooms and a bathroom is located on the second floor. In the extra attic/roof space there is built in storage that is accessible by knotty pine doors and drawers. What a great use of space. The thermostat for the heating and cooling system is on the second floor. The bath room is 3/4.The property is fenced on all four sides with split rail and a hardware wire mesh. There are fire hydrants in this four home subdivision.
