Everything works in this house; it's in move in condition. All rooms are freshly painted, trim, doors, doorknobs and locks are new or refurbished. There are no Point of Sale violations. Taxes are uniquely low for this house, I just won a revalue case with the county lowering the taxes.
I have used Yahoo's Mortgage Rate calculator to give some estimates of monthly payments: a houes payment of $580/month should cover the mortgage payment, insurance, and taxes.
The house is not listed with a Realtor, but don't let that concern you, all you need to buy a house is a title company, a bank, and a buyer and a seller.
