My Notes

Beautiful 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom 2,100 square-foot Cape Cod in a great neighborhood and only a short walk to Villanova University. This well-maintained home has hardwood floors throughout the main living area and upper level. The updated kitchen features newer appliances and lots of natural light. The over-sized master bedroom has plentiful closet space and storage. The basement was remodeled in 2009 and features a large play/entertainment area and a 4th bedroom or office with outside access. The backyard includes a new covered masonry patio with ceiling fans and lighting that is great for outdoor lounging and entertaining. A detached one-car garage rounds out this low-maintenance home.
Perhaps the best feature of this home is the neighborhood. The neighborhood is full of families and kids from newborn through high school. When the weather is warm, the streets are filled with kids playing basketball on one of the various hoops in the neighborhood, or riding bikes around the block. The house is in the renowned Radnor School District and within easy walking distance to the Rosemont R5 station or the 100 trolley line.
