Top floor 2 room studio. Bright white kitchen in excellent condition with dishwasher and disposal. Spacious dining area and 2 built in mini china cabinets- very charming. Spacious bedroom/living room with oak floors and roomy double closet. Additional deep closet off the ceramic tile bathroom for extra storage as well as an additional storage closet in the basement. This unit has roof rights that may be accessed only from inside the unit- no access currently exists and buyer must exercise their own due diligence if this feature is important to them. Very convenient to nearby colleges, parks, shopping and everything else Boston has to offer.

What I love about the home

BEING ON THE TOP FLOOR, YOU CAN LOOK OUT WINDOW AND SEE THE SKY. WE KEEP UPPER SIDE OF BLINDS OPEN & THE VIEW DURING SUNSET AND SUNRISE IS BEAUTIFUL. VIEW FROM ROOFTOP IS BREATH-TAKING.
