Maxwell has a secured lobby entrance, or you can enter this home directly from Denny Way through your own private & gated courtyard, a real rarity (and perfect for summer entertaining)! The unit comes w/one parking space in a secured common garage and there is elevator access to all floors. No rental cap!

What I love about the home

One of only four units in the building with a 250 sq. ft. patio. Close to everything in the city. Great to finally get rid of the car and just walk everywhere and enjoy city living; restaurants in abundance, lots of culture, great nightlife.
