My Notes

It's hard to imagine that you could see this much of Cleveland from one place. The view defines panoramic, with seemingly endless walls of windows overlooking the whole western shore, Ohio City, Tremont, all the bends in the river, the west side - and looking directly at the downtown skyline. One of the most beautiful condominium residences in Cleveland: the city at its most beautiful. Large, open living spaces with gorgeous cherry flooring and impeccable decor. Multiple living areas flow into each other as both optimal entertaining space and an amazingly comfortable home. You walk into a sweeping picture of water and city across a large, elegant living room and dining room, with a big terrace on the southwest corner of the building. There's a large, well designed kitchen, and beyond that a billiard room with a media area and a fireplace, a bar and a north balcony. The master suite has a commanding view of the shoreline and the lighthouse, and as well designed a master dressing room with paired bathrooms that you'll find anywhere. A large family room/den with its own master bath and walk-in closet is convertible to an additional bedroom (rendering in the photos).
