Beautiful Home in the Heart of Ravenna
The house lives large and is in immaculate, move-in ready condition. It has beautiful natural light, a great open floor plan, and a large kitchen. In addition to the bonus or third bedroom and water closet/sink, there is a very large utility/craft room in the basement. The location is superb because it is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood within walking distance to a ton of great places including four parks to venture to, running possibilities in any direction, and plenty of on-street parking for guests. This house is in a neighborhood surrounded by homes at equal and slightly higher values due mainly to size and not quality.
Neighborhood Description
There are 3 parks within 4 blocks to play with your kids or walk your four legged friend. You are 1.5 miles from the University of Washington and U Village shopping, and there are a number of great restaurants and watering holes within walking distance. Also 1 mile from Greenlake.
