2 story modern home with full finished basement that has brand new/newer paint throughout. New Roof. 4 bedrooms (3 on top floor, 1 in basement with full sized egress windows, this can be used as a second master bedroom suite or private space for visiting friends/family). 3.5 baths...2 on top floor (master has its own bath)... 1/2 bath on main level and a second master bath in basement. The laundry room is also located within this basement bathroom and includes a washer and dryer. Living room, family room, dining room, kitchen with all appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher and over the range microwave). Just about every room has ceiling fans. House has central AC/heat, 2 car attached garage with doggie door to back yard....back yard divided separately with fence for dog run area and human entertaining/bbq. There is a pea gravel area for you to place a pool or swing set for the kids.Great neighborhood, nice neighbors...lots of FE WARREN military families in this development. So if you are being stationed at FE Warren, this is a good spot for you!
