My Notes

This classically-inspired house was designed by Randolph Martz and constructed in 2003. An elevator goes to all three floors for your convenience. The lovely gated garden was designed by Robert Chestnut. There is off-street parking. This is a light filled house with abundant views of Charleston rooftops and architecture from its many windows. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout. There is a gracious dining room and an extra large living room which flows into the garden from the many sets of French doors. A gourmet kitchen with family room and powder room complete this floor. The bright and spacious master suite has a wonderful marble bath with steam shower, heated floors,and heated towel racks. Another bedroom suite is on this floor as well. On the third floor 

What I love about the home

This house is so convenient to walk to Famous King Street shopping, award winning dining, theatre, and art galleries. It is in the heart of the Charleston Historic District and just a very short walk to all that offers.
