My Notes

Edit
Cottage-style home located in the most popular transitional neighborhood in the city. The home is convenient to public transportation, upscale shopping and dining. From 2012-2014, this home was completely renovated, including a new roof and siding, newer furnace and appliances, bamboo flooring throughout the ground floor and carpet upstairs, complete bathroom renovation, and gated off-street parking in the fenced backyard. Carpeted attic with skylight providing lots of storage space inside, while a new 8' by 10' vinyl shed provides storage outside. The large master bedroom boasts a wall-length double closet. This house is move-in ready.

What I love about the home

This house is less than two miles away from some of the best amenities the city has to offer: beautiful Highland Park; dining on Bryant St., Ellsworth Ave., and Walnut St.; Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Market District Giant Eagle; and tons of shopping and convenient public transportation. Within the past two years, this house was completely updated and would require no work upon move-in.
