My Notes

This place is already rented but we have another place in the Highlands: Come see us at 1931 Eastview this Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. or Saturday or Sunday 4:00 p.m. . We have a wonderful and informative website you might want to visit: http://www.gilderbloom.org We have on this site 20 pictures of this house, YouTube video, sample lease, and some comforting thoughts about our record. This wonderful historic Victorian home offers the following; a wonderful 120 year old home with non working fireplace, wood floors, and high ceilings painted in pastel colors, the best neighborhood in Louisville in terms of walkability, nearby pubs and services, and excellent record of maintenance that respects your privacy rights. Comfortable Victorian one bedroom on the first floor. High ceilihgs, non-working fire place and pocket doors to separate living room from bedroom. This place has lots of character and has pride of place feel. Lots of parking available on the street. Unit is located in the front (number 1) of this spectacular 120 year old Victorian. The ceilings are 10 feet high with fans. Pocket doors shut living room from bedroom. Quiet--tenant shares only one wall with tenant upstairs which was once the home of writer Mark Ames--Going Postal. Approximately 120 years old and bursting with character and personality. New kitchen floor and some new paint in the place. This unit has 1 bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a backyardto let out your small and friendly dog or cat out. This places also has a free shared washer and dryer in the basement. Nearby buses on Baxter and Broadway to pick up folks every five minutes during rush hour to go to downtown You are one and two blocks from bus stops. Hardwood Floors Fenced Backyard Storage available in Basement Washer & Dryer in Basement We show 710 Rubel #1 on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. and Monday at 1:00 p.m. This is apartment number one (1) in this Victorian house. See ya! Market guide

Zillow predicts Highlands home values will increase 3% next year, compared to a 2.8% increase for Louisville as a whole. Among Highlands homes, this home is valued 14% less than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 89.2% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Highlands, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 56.3% greater than in Louisville, and 76.4% lower than the national average. This higher local number may prevent Highlands home values from rising as quickly as other regions in Louisville.
