My Notes

Edit
This is Seattle's favorite building. Extremely well maintained small historic building just steps from the hustle and bustle of Broadway. But.........walk into the beautiful and serene courtyard and you are transported to an English Cotswold Village. This is an exceptional property with a great in-city location. Boutique building with only nine apartments in the complex. You will also find the Joe Bar Cafe, Massage Sanctuary, the quaint and charming Olivar restaurant and other boutique shops are all part of our community. Close to Seattle U, Seattle Central, U of W, Cornish College and the Seattle's major hospitals, Gates Foundation, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and Cancer Care Alliance. This is one of the most convenient locations in Seattle and located in the Harvard Belmont Historic District. The bus is just across the street and you can walk to restaurants, shops, grocery store and downtown from this location. Please no smoking and no pets. Please call 206-799-8405 to schedule a viewing. This is a charming apartment with a private entry on the north side of the courtyard. It is two stories with winding staircase to the loft bedroom. Hardwood floors and a separate kitchen.  More Less

      Market guide

Zillow predicts Capitol Hill home values will rise 5.7% next year, compared to a 5.4% increase for Seattle as a whole. Among Capitol Hill homes, this home is valued 2.8% more than the midpoint (median) home, and is valued 60.6% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Capitol Hill, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 10.8% less than in Seattle, and 30.4% less than the national average. This lower local number could help Capitol Hill home values rise more quickly than other regions in Seattle.
