Beautiful split floor plan brick home on 1/3 acre lot. Great neighborhood with sidewalks. Four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with one of the guest rooms having its own private bath. New hardwood lmainate flooring in halls, living room & dining room. As you enter the front entrance you have an oval glass door with a nice foyer that leads to the great room with plant ledges, vaulted ceilings and open to the kitchen and breakfast nook. There is a formal dining room that is open on the front of the home that is large and spacious. The kitchen has a pantry, electric smooth top range with built in microwave and breakfast bar. The breakfast nook has tons of light that flood the kitchen. The utility room has another pantry and cabinets above the washer and dryer for extra storage. The eat in breakfast nook looks out to the backyard and screened in area. This is a great floor plan with allot of space and the large covered screened porch.
