Brazilian Cherry Hardwood flooring, plenty of natural light in all of the bedrooms, recessed lighting with dimming feature,, ceiling fans, brand new washer/dryer Bali wood blinds, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, commercial range hood and central A/C. Open kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. 1st Floor, Custom Slate Entryway, Brazilian Cherry Hardwood floors in living and dining room leading to the custom Kitchen. The Kitchen features slate floor on a herringbone pattern, slate is also continued on the custom back splash. Custom cabinets feature every type of cabinet you would imagine to find in a luxury kitchen. Everything from full extension drawers with cushion close feature, spice rack, deep drawers for pots and pans lazy susan corner cabinet, large pantry, hidden trash/recycling, separate closet and the new washer and dryer. Parking is a not an issue at this location for two reasons. If you cannot find street parking which is normally after 7:00pm you can park at Designated area at Safeway from 7:00pm to 8:00am (Designated parking Approved by Store Manager- and only two blocks from house. The second area for parking is St Casmirs Bank which is also two blocks away (Approved by Bank Manager to park from 4:30PM to 8:30AM). House will be available October 1st 2014.
