This home has a lot to offer with approx.2900 sq.ft.4/2 home and 29.5 acres w/ minerals. The kitchen has been remodled with beautiful oak cabinets,granite counter tops,LG S.S. appliances,den w/F.P.,game room in basement w/stack stone that could be a 5th bedroom.the land is very pretty with pond,pines trees,and hardwood trees.There are several out buildings including pole barn,well house,rock house(owner uses it for frying fish and grilling),single garage for extra car or boat,extra tall fenced garden spot,deer stands, 4 wells,R V hook up,generator hook ups,and much more!!!!

What I love about the home

HUNTING & FISHING: You can hunt in your own private 8ft x 8ft palacial deer stand located on the back 10 acres in the middle of the massive hardwoods. The deer stand is 12ft in the air with a hand-railed stairway. No problem filling your deer tags the first two weeks of season if you wish. Also, you have access to 600,000 ares of National Forest which for the most part has the same seasons and limits as outside the Forest. Fishing on the 350 acres of lake accross the road from your driveway is excellent. The lakes are full of black bass, blue-gill and white perch. Bass in the 9-10lb class are caught every year. GARDEN: Garden is high-fenced with 9ft green vinyl coated 2in x 4in welded wire with ground skirting to keep out the deer and other varmints. The soil is sandy loam and you can grow almost anything. We grow corn, peas, beans, watermelons, tomatoes, okra, sweet potatoes, white potatoes, pears, plums, muscadines, squash, cucumbers, peppers, and all kinds of herbs. Ten hose bibs supply ample water around the perimeter of the garden. We have gardened this area for 10 years and have never used any pesticides or herbicides, and mostly fertilize with manure from the rabbits and chickens and leaves. This is a very organic garden area. SHOOTING RANGE: 100 yard and 25 yard dirt burms down a lane of thick plantation pine for extra safety. Crude wooden shooting bench. TIMBER: Front 20 acres is covered with 15 year old loblolly pine and the back 10 acres is covered with old-growth hardwood including many white oak trees that are 100+ years old. 100% of timber rights convey with this property.
