Ranching is definitely an option. 2 outbuildings plus main house. One appears to have been used as living quarters. Large barn type structure with overhead doors. Close to city, but privacy on acreage. Put your stamp on this, and make it your own.

What I love about the home

Home has history, formally Browns Valley School for rural Vacaville, still has original bell-tower. For car nut like me the place would be perfect, will need min. of 45 days to move not nogotiable, only lighting to stay no equipment
