What a great piece of land! Enormous back yard will fit all your activities with room to spare! Classic cape has hardwood floors and fireplace with pellet stove that heats the house. Formal dining room has a lot of windows overlooking the yard. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. The bathroom has granite top vanity and tile floor. The kitchen also has recent updates. There is room for a cafe table or island, if you'd like to eat in the kitchen. Just this April, the owners put in new carpeting in the bedrooms over the hardwoods. The pressure treated deck has two levels. Owners believe field card is incorrect in saying almost three acres. More land was acquired but is not shown on survey or town records. When resurveyed, should show about 5 acres! Neat and clean home has been in the same family for generations. It has been loved and cared for. This is almost at the Charlton town line and very close to RT 169 for an easy commute.  More Less
