Honolulu. only 5 minutes to the beaches. And golf course about 10 to 15 minutes away. In the mariner's Cove area
the property on the market price from $850,000 to 1 million for the inland home. along the water the home sales from
$1.5 millions to 2.5 millions according to the floor plan. This area has 3, 4, 5 bdrm model.
I suggest that you should re-evalue this home, because I think it had been evalued too low.
