My Notes

717 Westridge Terrace is located in a quaint area of Norman, which is centrally located with quick access to Interstate 35, West 24th Avenue, Lindsey and Main Streets in Norman. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with multi-generational households and beautiful large trees. It sits just around the corner from several great schools. This home has just been completely renovated, and the Zestimate (on Zillow.com) price doesn't reflect the renovations. The floors are all new with hardwood, tile, and carpet. The interior and exterior have been totally painted. There are 3 defined bedrooms, and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. There is a 4th room downstairs that could be a bedroom, or an office. Improvements include: new heat and air, hot water heater, and insulation. The kitchen has new cabinets with granite countertops, hardware and appliances. The large custom island is beautiful and has great storage. The living spaces are remodeled, the kitchen has been opened up and enhanced, and the master has been turned into a true master suite. It has a marvelous walk-in closet, and a bathroom which includes a new shower, tub and double sink vanity. The other bathrooms are updated and beautiful as well. The downstairs has an open floor plan with two living spaces. One of the living spaces opens up to the kitchen and dining room. The dining room has new French doors that open out to the patio. All exterior doors and windows have been replaced to make the home very energy efficient. Both garage doors have been replaced and come with garage door openers. This home has been completely renovated and every surface has been redone.The real charm of this property needs to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. 717 Westridge Terrace has a fabulous floor plan, and the possibilities to be creative with the space are plenty.
Neighborhood Description
This neighborhood is tucked away between the 2 best middle schools in town. There are a bunch of old/matured trees, and many of the homes have been in the same family's possession for multiple generations.
