This condo is in the Sunrunner Condominiums and is very conveniently located for Cordova Mall, Pensacola State College, and University of West Florida. All appliances are included with the unit, including a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, clothes washer and dryer. The unit is currently vacant and we are looking for someone to move in quickly. The unit is currently furnished, and we will take $850 p/m furnished, or $800 p/m unfurnished. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. We accept cats and permissible dog breeds with a non-refundable pet fee. There is an application fee of $45 or $70 per couple. Please contact with any questions about scheduling a showing or about the application process.
