Wonderful condo in the heart of Donelson. Complex is "Emery Place" and is a hidden gem in the area. The grounds are professionally maintained, the area is very quiet.
Condo has 1440 sq ft. This condo was renovated in 2014 from top to bottom. New kitchen, living room, bathrooms, plumbing, fixtures, lighting, carpet. hardwood flooring. Delta faucets throughout the unit and all fixtures are stainless steel. New stainless steel smooth-top stove and range hood, side-by-side fridge with water and ice in the door. Dishwasher and over the range microwave also come with the unit. There is a granite island in the center of the kitchen.
All bathrooms have tile, new sinks, new toilets, fixtures and vanities. The master bedroom has 1 large walk-in closet, the second bedroom also has a closet with a couple closets in the hall. The second bedroom is large, but would make for a great office or study area. There are full bathrooms located off each bedroom. The stairs have been converted to oak and stained to match the flooring downstairs. Upstairs has new carpet and carpet pad installed.
Paint colors are from Pottery Barn (Benjamin Moore). Condo has faux wood blinds installed on all windows. HVAC unit is electric utilities are very reasonable. Washer / dryer hookups (electric) are supplied, but washer and dryer DO NOT come with the unit. There is a fenced in patio area in the back with access to green space behind the unit.
