This is a very unique and wonderful home in Hyde Park. The original detailing is amazing. The home will require a complete renovation, however, the seller has re-done all of the plaster work and sanded and primed the downstairs woodwork, to show it off. All your buyer needs is to chose a color for the primed plaster which was done all thru the home including the walls and the ceilings. The floor plan and elegance are what make this home special. Note the woodwork above the carriage entrance and the wood details on the stairs. There are 5 fireplaces. The formal living room and dining room have the most amazing crown moldings and wainscotting. There is a plate rail in the dining room, french doors leading to the florida sun room off the back. The sellers have the original fixtures. The floors are in wonderful condition for the most part downstairs, however, the pine upstairs will probably need replacing. There is a wonderful downstairs den with its own fireplace. The master bedroom upstairs has wonderful space, a fireplace and a private bath. One of the other two larger upstairs bedrooms has a fireplace and the 4th bedroom used to be the sleeping porch. The third floor is not finished at all, but the stairs are walk -up and has 4 dormers and very high ceilings. It can be created anyway you might want.
