My Notes

Edit
Stately victorian home in secluded leafy neighborhood. Lots of original architectural details, beautiful foyer, 2 mirrored fireplaces with ornate mantels, pocket doors, 9ft ceilings, wrap around porch and deck, sleeping porches, porte-cochere, large yard and garden, offstreet parking for 7 cars.
Neighborhood Description
Roland Park is a sylvan setting with all the amenities of living in the city-close to 83, downtown and shops, library, pool

What I love about the home

Spending time on the porches, which are very private. Also the neighborhood is very quiet, family-friendly with little traffic, but very convenient to Rt. 83, short walk to public transportation, Eddies, library, post office, shops, neighborhood swimming pool.

Market guide

Zillow predicts 21210 home values will increase 1% next year, compared to a 1.7% rise for Baltimore as a whole. Among 21210 homes, this home is valued 52.5% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 29.6% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In 21210, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 87.1% lower than in Baltimore, and 66.5% less than the national average. This lower local number could help 21210 home values rise more quickly than other regions in Baltimore.
