My Notes

Two Story House, room for 3 cars to park off the street, Fenced yard and another fenced area, 2 bedrooms on main floor, bathroom, kitchen, living room ,dining room, DownStairs is not finished right now its a open area, but has a washer dryer area, could be made ether into two other rooms and a bathroom laundry room or a duplex or work area, the floor is solid concrete, Foundation on this house looks like it was made to be a bomb shelter so much concrete, has two windows downstairs and a cat door just in case you have cats or a small dog that wants to come in, I will also include paint for the outside of the house, and enough tile to do the whole downstairs and most of the upstairs : ) Has a wonderful fire place, and the heater that is in the house keeps the the main floor warm : )! Has a apple tree, cherry tree, and black berrys, also some herbs in a area we had a garden. Can be cleared and ready to move in within 2 months. 

What I love about the home

good off street parking, nice fireplace, room for dogs with great fence, high enough not even the best jumper couldnt get away : ) Also another fenced in area that is nice to have so people cant just come up to the door, stays warm and cooler then most homes up here! nice big deck with gas hook ups to your BBQ, Hot tub : ) Cozy feeling!
