Want to live in a yr round immaculate home, a short walk to a public beach access? Here I am. I have a large front yard, back and side yard. My 7,400 sq ft lot, with plenty of parking, so prized at the beach, is entirely fenced in for pets, little ones and privacy. I have a 288 sq ft deck overlooking my landscaped lawn, perfect for entertaining. My newer addition, a 432 sq ft garage, built in 2000, has lots of storage and a room upstairs waiting for your ideas! I was built in 1885, I have kept up with the times, but also kept some of my better features like a large pantry. My kitchen has recessed lighting, a genair stove that vents out through the basement, a large walk in closet and a perfect spot for an office. My newer french doors lead to my roomy 3 season enclosed porch. I have 3 heating zones, and a 4 yr old architecturally shingled roof. A short walk to the new Salisbury beach, with it's new Pavilion, The Sea Glass restaurant & the oceanfront event center. Come make me yours!  More Less
