Hand scraped engineered hardwood floors in living and dining area. Tile and marble floors in kitchen and bathrooms. Oversized master shower with body jets and seating area. Second bathroom has a Pearl air - whirlpool tub with shower. Two gas fireplaces of which one is an indoor/outdoor style looking onto a 15 foot by 25 foot concrete patio. New roof and shingles. Circular brick driveway and walkways. In addition, a 300 square foot storage shed with Hardie Board siding, has double doors and single car garage door which may be used as a physical garage if desired. Pre-wired security system, pre - wired integrated stereo system with tv connections wired into all main rooms. 

What I love about the home

Very special home that is designed for entertaining. Great for large gathering during the holidays and game day. Very convenient to walk downtown and the grocery store. Circular driveway and walking paths are made up of the original Main St. bricks that are over 100 years old. The home is one block out of the historic district which has many more restrictions as to what can be done to a home. Double sided internal/external gas fireplace is great for ambiance on those cooler evenings.
