GET A DEAL! This is my personal home. I am a real estate agent but this is an FSBO for now. If no quick deal then we will be posting to MLS next week with a higher price (about 10k more to cover listing and sales costs). 3 houses, same square footage, same floorplan have sold at an average of 300k this year.
We were one of the very first buyers and this is a choice lot. It is one of the best lots in all of Concord Place in terms of size, level fenced backyard, great location and NO houses built behind it.
Negatives. The house could use paint and carpet. The carpets have been cleaned professionally ascetically but after 2 kids they really are ready to be replaced. Paint isn't bad and some rooms are great, professionally done. Basically the home needs a little TLC but not much.
We have already moved out.
Property is located in the Concord Hills subdivision, Davidson County, Brentwood.
This house has an outstanding floor plan. Huge (3100+ sq ft) with 4 Bedrooms, 3 full baths, dining, bonus room, an incredible amount of closet space, an upstairs bonus room, open eat-in kitchen, stainless steel appliances stay. Formal dining room. Laundry room. Big privacy fenced backyard with pergola and patio. Big, painted 2 car garage with nice workbench and cabinets installed. Newer shed on property as well. It is .25 acres.
Again, I am a real estate agent but at this point in time this is an FSBO. This is an chance for me at a quick sale and an opportunity for a great deal on the buyers end.
I don't need assistance listing it, thanks. I will not offer lease to own or owner financing on this property FYI.

What I love about the home

Great neighborhood, very active with outdoor movies nights, organized yard sales, pumpkin carving contests etc. We will miss our neighbors!
