Light filled lof unit is located at the west end of the condo development. The location is easily accessed, quiet and parking is just in front. Unit seems much larger because of the window walls and deck. Upgraded during construction for high end appliances, kitchen cabinets and counter and carpets.
Neighborhood Description
The location is superb for access to trails and Lake Washington.
Bus service comes right down Sand Point Way NE.
