What I love about the home

Location! Walk to anywhere in some of the best neighborhoods in Portland. Belmont is literally 1/2 block away and Hawthorne is 5 min walk. Zupans, Stumptown, Circa 33, are right around the corner. Laurelhurst park is a couple blocks away. Catch the 15 line to downtown makes for easy commuting. One car garage means never having to look for on street parking. HOA is on top of outside maintenance and landscaping. Seasonal flowers are planted in the winter and spring. http://TerryIversonPhotography.com/gallery/zaccaro/732

Market guide

Zillow predicts Sunnyside home values will increase 3.3% next year, compared to a 4.7% rise for Portland as a whole. Among Sunnyside homes, this home is 1.4% less expensive than the midpoint (median) home, and is priced 6.8% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Sunnyside, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 86.1% less than in Portland, and 95.2% lower than the national average. This lower local number could help Sunnyside home values rise more quickly than other regions in Portland.
