The newly added 2nd full bath is near the main floor laundry w/ washer and dryer included. Newer flooring, paint, 6-panal doors, appliances, granite counters and fixtures throughout. Covered parking space is directly out front w/ additional guest parking. Subdivision includes a pool, clubhouse, pond and walking trails. A great well-maintained community in a convenient location with access from both Big Bend and Sulpher Springs. (6-month min. lease, 1 pet allowed w/ deposit, rent includes condo fee, water, sewer and trash.) 

What I love about the home

This unit is one of the fewer ones that offers the lower level patio. This allows you to be able to grill and have access to a large side yard area, perfect for gatherings. The view is great overlooking a nice forest area.
