The great room includes a living room, a dining room and an eat in kitchen with an island. The remainder of the upper level includes a large master bedroom with two large walk in closets, a high ceiling bathroom with tub and shower, a high ceiling entry with bath, a mudroom/laundry with pantry and two large storage closets, a screened in porch, a three car garage and decking the full length of the house.The lower level includes a 920 square foot family/game room with a stone fireplace with an included Olhausen slate pool table, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a utility room. The lower level also has a deck the full length of the house.The house is stone and wood construction with six and eight inch exterior walls, Andersen windows and patio doors, and tile at all house entry points. Both fireplaces have gas log inserts but both were built to also handle wood logs. The house is surrounded with large mature trees and has spectacular views of the rolling landscape. The house was designed to have low energy bills. This all electric home averages about $150 per month. The house was built in 1994. The house has a new roof and a new HVAC 15 seer heat pump system.A major scenic feature of the property is approximately mile of the navigable Flat Rock River with easy access for canoeing, fishing and kayaking from an area right down on the river.
