My Notes

Edit
Price has been reduced! This end of row (detached on one side) townhome has a large front yard. It's a solid home with good mechanicals which were replaced by the current owners. Some features that stand out are the french doors in the dining room, the kitchen breakfast nook, upstairs laundry and the convenience of a powder room in the main bedroom. Most of the interior has been recently painted with neutral colors. It's conveniently located near shopping malls, hospital, parks, and major highways. As an incentive, the owners are offering the buyers a 1 year home warranty at the time of settlement. The sellers understand times are tough, so they decided to throw in an extra incentive. They are also paying the remaining of the 2012-2013 school taxes for the buyer with an acceptable offer.  More Less

      Market guide

Zillow predicts 19611 home values will increase 2.2% next year, compared to a 2.6% rise for Reading as a whole. Among 19611 homes, this home is valued 3.8% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 48.1% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In 19611, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 41.5% less than in Reading, and 36.3% greater than the national average. This lower local number could help 19611 home values rise more quickly than other regions in Reading.
