This home is better than new. Owner has replaced all door and cabinet hardware with brushed nickel. Tile floor on main level has been replaced and all heated. New doors to pantry and laundry. Interior has all been recently repainted. Hardwood floors have replaced carpeting on main level. Owners added a large window in the living room to see the beautiful pool and let in extra light. Bose system in home extends to pool area. Newer pool liner, pump and new parts installed in Polaris pool cleaner. Underground invisible fence for pets which owner does not use.
