Neighborhood Description
The Old Marco Area is very charming with many shops and restaurant near by. Hull Ct is surrounded by a few streets of very expensive homes with big water views. The Gulf of Mexico is just around the corner!

What I love about the home

The long water view toward the mangrove island is spectacular! There is a quiet elegance to this home that makes you feel relaxed. Granite counter tops in the gourmet kitchen and all 4 baths set off the rich wood cabinets. 2 fireplaces, an additional full suite apartment including a second kitchen make this home ideal for entertaining. The pool setting is lush and tropical. Out door kitchens make socializing fun on both the lower lanai and the upper balcony.
