Parade Home custom built by KJ Homes in 2010. This 6456 square foot home sits on a .93 acre beautiful, well maintained property in the Crossroad Estates subdivision of The Crossing. This neighborhood is zoned for TISD's only Franklin/Covey Lighthouse Elementary School, and the new Three Lakes Middle School to open fall of 2015. Both of these schools are less than 2 miles away. This home features 5 bedrooms, all of which have their own bathrooms and gererously sized walk~in closets. The master bedroom is downstairs and features His and Her dressing areas/closets, along with an oversized rain shower, 72" jacuzzi tub, and a cedar lined cabinet to store your winter clothes. Adjacent to the master suite is a study with oak cabinetry and hardwood floors. This room can also be used as a sitting area or reading room. What I love about the home

This home has neutral colors throughout, and it is move~in ready. The indoors and outdoors have been well attended to over the life of the home. There is a covered outdoor patio that has a great wood burning fireplace and outdoor kitchen. This space is easily used year~round....my favorite time is to sit on the patio during a big thunderstorm... There are so many friendly families and children of all ages. My children spend a lot of time outside playing with the neighborhood kids. 1.9 miles away is TISD's best elementary school. It gets the highest achievement awards year after year. Fall 2015 Three Lakes Middle School will open just one block away! There are so many pluses to this home and location....come by and see to believe!
