My Notes

This is a great house! I will not be needing proof of income and i will not be doing a credit check, ill make this very easy... just bring 1700 for first months rent and 1700 deposit and the house is yours. one year lease minimum. 4bedroom/ 3bath / 2 living rooms / 2 car garage. This house is five years old and in perfect condition, nice back yard with rock patio and huge kitchen. This house is very open with no hallways so everything feels big! The master bedroom has a garden tub and massive walk in closet. The laundry room is large for a big family. One living space down stairs and a theater/entertaining type living space upstairs. tile and wood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs with newly redone floors in bathroom. I'v been living in this neighborhood for 5 years and just love it, neighbors are wonderful hard working and friendly, but work has me going elsewhere. Were looking for a one year lease but will entertain the idea of 6 months with $700 refundable deposit for either. Pets will be considered case by case with a 250 non-refundable deposit.
