Wonderful two bedroom, two bath house in excellent condition on it's own private acre across from Sunmore Estates and right next to the James Cagney property. With no neighbors to worry about on this side of the road the property is very secluded and includes fenced-in front and back yards, a two car garage/workshop, and large fenced in rear patio like an oasis in the desert. Also features an oversized utility/storage room, large kitchen, separate dining room. Outside has been re-stuccoed and inside has been tastefully remodeled with designer colors and beautiful tile work in the bathrooms. Also very energy efficient with newer dual pane windows and super insulation throughout. This is a very comfortable and livable house in a great location with beautiful views all around.
