My Notes

Edit
Beautiful home on a quiet, safe street with a prime location across from elementary school. Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Plattsburgh, SUNY Plattsburgh, CART bus line service, shopping, eating, churches, schools, and recreational opportunities.
The home has electric hot water heat and hardwood floors throughout with the exception of the backroom (laminate) and the kitchen and bathroom (vinyl/linoleum tile), which is new as of May 2012. The home has character and the rooms have nice flow. The home has a large basement which is dry and clean, although it is unfinished. The hot water heater is new as of May 2012.
Home has a clean one car garage (newly installed automatic garage door) and fenced in backyard (white picket fence). There is also a small storage shed behind the garage
Neighborhood Description
This a great neighborhood for single people, families, older or younger people to live in! It is quiet, safe, and convenient. CART bus line service is nearby. There is a shopping plaza around the corner which includes restaurants, fast food, pharmacies, etc. It is easy walking distance to downtown and is also very close to the deactivated Air Force base which provides a nice place to relax and exercise yourself and your pets. You can jog/walk on the oval or bike path or use the old city beach/lake. There is also a free basketball court, tennis court, grills, and playground on Flynn Ave.

What I love about the home

location, convenience, very hypoallergenic as no carpeting (hardwood floors), very economical (inexpensive electric rates, school and property taxes). Also, love the sound of the beautiful Christmas music that can be heard each hour from the church bell at OLVA around Christmastime.
