Neighborhood Description

What I love about the home

There is nothing to do here but live.. Everything in the entire home has been completely renovated, updated new in 2011. Heating system is Tankless Dual Purpose unit which provides not just heating but domestic hot water as well which is fed by solar hot water system to reduce domestic hot water heating costs. Basically you have instant 'free hot water' and you never run out ever.. Again.. All appliances and price of home are negotiable. Flood insurance required.
