If you have the holding power, buy it low now, and wait for prices to go back up. And they will, they always have. WITH 45 DAYS NOTICE THE CURRENT RENTERS CAN BE ASKED TO MOVE. I ASK FOR 45 DAYS BECAUSE IT IS A FAMILY WITH FOUR CHILDREN. THE PRICE INCLUDES NEW CARPETING!! I will give many samples to choose from. It has landscaping with drip and sprinklers front and back as needed. All plants and grass have automatic watering. The back landscaping cost $5000.00, and that is included in the price. The back of the home faces an inside street (as opposed to a main street such as paseo del norte) so the back of the home does not look into the windows of another house. It is located in walking distance from parks and the pool. The renters take nice care of it, only the carpet shows wear, and we will replace it. It's a great investment with built in renters.
