Hardwood Bamboo floors, updated kitchen and appliances and a nice open layout.Floorplan has a nice big kitchen with an opening out to the living room area that overlooks the pool area. This condominium became very popular due to its proximity to downtown and its high standards.The unit recently renovated and now provides a modern interior+appliances.Properties sold under $40K requires high renovation,thus,don't reflect their real value.
