Later sold to a doctor and his family where he raised his 8 children. All those decades later and nearly 4 years ago it became a labor of love for the current owners. Nearly complete with just some personal touches that will be left to the discretion of the new owners.2 story 1926 Spanish on over a 9000 sq ft corner view lot. There are 3 bedrooms up and a guest bedroom down. All of the homes major components have been replaced; new electrical inclusive of wiring, new central heat/ac, new plumbing inclusive of water and sewer and over 150k in airport soundproofing with bronzed aluminum triple pane windows. The Chef's kitchen has a center island, granite counter tops, stainless appliances including a bun warmer AND a 60' Viking Stove AND Commercial grade refrigerator. Other rooms include 2 office coves and a sitting room off of the living room. The original character of the home with some of today's modern conveniences is what is being offered here. The original stenciled beams highlight the foyer and the Spanish textured paint adorns the walls.
