Centrally located with easy access to interstate 275, only 5 minutes to Baywalk/Downtown St. Petersburg, 15 minutes to the beaches and 20 minutes to Tampa. NO FLOOD INSURANCE REQUIRED.
Neighborhood Description
The neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood located near the 4th St N district which has many fine dining and shopping establishments. Just a short distance to the St. Petersburg Pier as well as the Downtown St. Petersburg Baywalk area. With easy access to Interstate 275 Tampa is only 20 minutes away and only 15 minutes to the beaches. Centrally locate and convenient to many St. Petersburg's amenities.

What I love about the home

The home located near the 4th St N district where there are many shopping and dining establishments. The home has true hardwood floors, not laminates. There is plenty of storage throughout the home. Large closets in the bedroom, two linen type of closets in the hall and cabinet style storage in the dining room. The garage features a work bench, sink basin and a second frigerator. There is a new garage door w/two openers. The home has alley access with plenty of parking. Newer roof, newer central AC, automatic sprinkler system on well, crown molding, freshly painted, updated bathroom and a garage bathroom w/shower. No flood insurance is required.
