Large four bedroom, three bathroom custom home situated on almost four acres. This home is located in the Northwest area of Pensacola known as Beulah. This newly popular area is noted for easy access to the highway which means light traffic and quick travel times to all of your most visited locations such as shopping, hospitals, malls, and beaches. Yet this home is located in a quiet country type setting with plenty of space between homes and the acreage you are looking for. The house is right at 3,000 square feet and features a split floor plan with an open concept. The kitchen features granite counters, light cabinetry with crown molding, built-in microwave, tile flooring, open bar, eat in kitchen, plant ledges, and a large pantry. The formal dining room has beautiful wood flooring, Custom lighting, arched windows, and is open. The living room also has beautiful wood flooring, recessed lighting, large fireplace, built-in arched bookshelves, arch niche, plant ledges, and high cathedral ceilings.
