Great location in Manassas, just minutes from Route 66. One car garage, brick front townhouse in Campbell's Trace. Enter on "basement" level, though the entire townhouse is above grade on a concrete slab foundation. Recreation room is beyond foyer entrance behind French doors and walk out level to back yard. Kitchen is light and bright with an island and plenty of cabinet space. There's even a breakfast nook. Living room is open to dining room. Upstairs the Master Suite has cathedral ceiling and attached full bathroom. Second and third bedrooms share second full bathroom. Laundry area with full size washer and dryer are on the bedroom level. Pergo flooring throughout the home except, hardwoods in kitchen, laminate in bathrooms and carpet on upper level staircase. Fireplaces in recreation room and in main (second) level living room. Powder Rooms on first and second level. Walk out from living room to wood deck with walk down stairs to brick paver patio.
