My Notes

Beautifully newly constructed home on the edge of South Pasadena. This 3/2/2 car grg split plan home features a gorgeous kitchen with huge breakfast bar and granite countertops. The open concept with high ceilings is perfect for entertaining. Tasteful ceramic tile floors throughout the living area(carpet in the bedrooms) have a wood grain pattern for a classic look. Just off the living area are sliders that lead to a large covered porch to sit and relax, or barbecue on those lazy summer days. This house shows wonderfully.
