This four bedroom home is at 770 Saxon Avenue, Akron 44314 in Summit County, Ohio. It has been completely updated in 2014! The interior has recently been painted with neutral colors throughout. Dinette area and kitchen have wood veneer flooring and there are newer oak kitchen cabinets including a double pantry for lots of storage space! Refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher that were purchased in 2014 stay. The dinette area features oak wall cabinets, shelving and two built-in drawers under the large window. The home features a large living room and there is a hall closet at the bottom of the upstairs steps. At the top of the stairs there is built-in shelving. There are three bedrooms on the second floor and one bedroom and a bonus room or office on the third floor. The bathroom has been comletely remodeled with oak cabinetry and solid surface countertop and sink. There is an addition of a full bathroom on the lower level. Electric, plumbing, flooring and lighting fixtures have been updated throughout the home. All windows and siding replaced 2014. Home has been lead abated. There is a 50 gallon hot water tank and high energy efficient furnance with air conditioning that was serviced in 2014. The one car garage has had its roof replaced 2014.
